Raw Data folders 
-> "Fig 2" -> TEM; contains folders with .tif TEM images used to measure the particle size plotted in fig 2 of the manuscript, for all the presented cases i-iv. 
-> "Fig 2" ->  DLS; contains .xlsx file with all the average particle size by volume and intensity, PdI and corresponding S/AS ratios used to preapre the graph in Fig 2a. for microfluidic and bulk formulated batches. It also contains .dts file with example of unprocessed DLS data for selected batches.
-> "Fig 3" contains two .xlsx and one .docx files with raw data for DiI encapsulation efficiency and calculations procedure as well as values calculated for all dye encapsulation efficiencies presented in Fig 3 of the manuscritp. It also contains folders with .tif images acquired by TIRF technique, presented and used to characterize the encapsulation of DiI in different formulations. The images were processed to quantify the fluorescence signal as described in .pdf file.
-> "Fig 4" contains raw images in .tif format presented in the Figure 4 of the manuscript. It also contains .xlsx with average and individual fluorescence values acquired in cell viability test, used to build the graph in Fig 4 of the manuscript.
