Cryptogams have been removed, as have species which occurred 3 times or less. 27islands_MA-species list.csv - contains a list of 46 species associated with relatively intense grassland management in 1908 on the 27 islands. 27islands_biogeography.csv - contains information regarding island size, distance to mainland and structural connectivity of the 27 islands. plant atlas_species.csv- contains a list of species observed for the historical ("almq") and present-day ("UF") regional plant atlas in 48 2.5 x 2.5 km grid squares in the Stockholm archipelago. Grid squares represent four corners of the Swedish 'Ekonomiska kartan'. Cryptogams have been removed, as have species which occurred 3 times or less. plant atlas_biogeography.csv - contains information regarding distance to mainland, total land area and number of islands represented in the 48 grid squares. traits.csv - Functional trait data for all species covering both the 27 islands and plant atlas datasets. Data were acquired from a number of sources (see below) before using imputation to fill any remaining gaps.
