Appendix A (TABLE A1). Data included when assessing the baseline and prevailing conditions of open Baltic Sea macrofaunal diversity. For each sub-area, only stations beneath the given depth (min. depth) are included. Data underlying the analyses is summarized during the entire period and during the assessment years (2001–2006) as the number of stations per area and the total number of sampling occasions. One sampling occasion includes three replicate samples, except in the Arkona Basin, where sampling occasions with two replicates also were included.
